What to Expect
Most repairs take around 10 days, though special stones, custom cutting or more extensive damage can add extra time, we'll give you a realistic timeframe once we've had a proper look.
If we don't have your original valuation on hand, we measure the setting, compare any remaining stones and check hallmarks to match materials exactly. Every visit also includes a complimentary ring clean and inspection, so small issues get caught early.
Beyond the Repair
A repair is also a good moment to update a piece. We offer a complete design service, and if an insurer's covering part of the cost, you can simply pay the difference for any changes you'd like. For antique pieces, we can source old-cut stones to keep the original character intact.
