I’m busy at the moment, do I have to replace straight away?
Should you require more time, Cameron & Co is able to liaise with your insurance company and provide an Instore Credit Voucher equal to the assessed value of your claim.
Do I have to use my approved claim value all at once?
Should you wish to stagger your selections, Cameron & Co is able to liaise with your insurance company and provide an Instore Credit Voucher equal to the balance of your approved claim.
Can someone else use the In-store credit voucher?
Yes, provided they have your permission. We understand that insurance policies are often in the name of one household member only and other people are involved in the replacement process.
Can I exchange my In-store credit voucher for cash?
No, the In-store Credit Voucher may only be used for the supply of jewellery or watches.
Your insurance company has authorised Cameron & Co to supply jewellery and watches as per our contract agreement.
Does my In-store Credit Voucher expire?
Your In-store Credit Voucher is valid for 3 years and may be extended by arrangement.
