At Cameron & Co, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers and our team. COVID-19 has seen a change in the way we all live and do business and we wanted to update you on how we are going about being COVID safe.
We have COVID-19 Safety Plans in place for both our Sydney and Melbourne businesses.
Remote consultations continue to be available with one of our experienced team by way of Phone, Facetime, Skype or Zoom for virtual appointments should that be your preference.
Our Sydney and Melbourne Showrooms are now open for consultations, by appointment only. Our jewellery consultants in both Sydney and Melbourne are fully vaccinated and customers will be required to show evidence of being fully vaccinated to protect the well being of all. Both consultants and customers will be required to wear fitted masks at all times, again, to protect the well being of all.
We remain committed to supporting our customers and our team and thank you for your support.
The health and safety of both you and our team continues to be our major priority. To ensure the safety of all who attend our showrooms, the following procedures are undertaken:
- Hygiene recommendations (no handshaking, cough/sneeze into elbow, use of hand sanitizer)
- Limited numbers of customers in showrooms
- Social distancing
- Regular sanitizing of surfaces to counters, desks, chairs, telephones, POS hardware, stationery, jewellery equipment, handles, bathrooms and other common areas
- Cleaning of jewellery handled by customers
