At Cameron & Co, we are committed to the health and safety of our customers and our team. The current situation has seen a change in the way we all live and do business and we wanted to update you on how we are navigating this rapidly evolving situation.
Remote consultations continue to be available with one of our experienced team by way of Phone, Facetime, Skype or Zoom for virtual appointments.
We have submitted our COVID-19 Safety Plan to the NSW Government and we are now officially registered as a COVID Safe business in NSW.
Our Sydney showroom is open for both remote consultations as well as face to face appointments under the following conditions
- Customer visits to the showroom are by appointment only
- Customers who visit the showroom are required to follow the NSW Government COVID-19 rules and regulations; in particular, use the QR code and practice social distancing, hygiene and face covering regulations
The health and safety of our customers and our team remain our major priority. To ensure the safety of all who attend our Sydney showroom, the following procedures are undertaken:
- Hygiene recommendations (no handshaking, cough/sneeze to elbow, use of hand sanitizer)
- Limited numbers of people in showrooms
- Social distancing
- Regular sanitizing of surfaces to counters, desks, chairs, telephones, POS hardware, stationery, jewellery equipment, handles, bathrooms and other common areas
